This session explores user-centricity and how to consider the appropriate Ecosystem needed for Product Success. While user-centricity remains key to building products that delight consumers, without the appropriate ecosystem, any product is doomed to fail. As complex as satisfying our users can be, the interconnectedness of numerous stakeholders and conflicting priorities in small and large organizations, makes balancing of user-centricity and ecosystem design a task that can only be conquered by the best product managers.
